WHAT TO PREPARE FOR A SAFE DISTANCE AUDITION:
Please create 3 separate videos for these categories (don't try to do all three in one)

1.) VOCAL
- For your audition, we ask that you sing roughly 45 - 90 seconds of song. Sing with a backing track that does not have lead vocals (find a karaoke track). Alternatively, you may sing a cappella, though not ideal. Your audition piece does not need to be from a musical. Please try to find a piece that fits the style of the show.
- Record yourself so that you are visible while singing.
- Before singing, please state your name, and the name of the song. Then begin.
- Send a monologue between 30 seconds and 1 minute in length. You may find your own, or use one of these links to find one: Monologues from DailyActor.com | Monologues from Ace-Your-Audition.com | Monologues from MonologueBlogger.com | Monologues from YouthPlays.com
- Before beginning your monologue, state your name and why you want to be in Descendants the Musical. Then begin.
- There are two dance videos available to learn. Please complete ONE.
- Dance A: Standard. If you want to audition to be in the musical, and you're most comfortable with minimal or standard musical dancing.
- Dance B: Advanced. If you want to dance as much as possible in the show, and be considered to be part of the leading group in the dance numbers.
